About Us — Chopstick Making Japan

Our workshop was opened in 2023 with the theme of "Japanese Culture" and "Experience". Following our popular sushi class, we want to share the joy of Japanese "Monozukuri" (craftsmanship) with people from all over the world!

Chopstick Making Activity

In this class, you will transform a simple piece of high-quality wood into a polished pair of chopsticks.

• Step 1: Sanding & Shaping — Feel the texture of the wood and shape it to fit your hand perfectly.
• Step 2: Designing & Finishing — Add your personal touch using traditional techniques or oils to make them shine.

Schedule

About 1 hour. First 15 mins: Introduction to chopstick history and culture. Next 45 mins: Hands-on crafting, finishing, and a commemorative photo session with your creation!
